Terrace and façade oil
Protective decking oil for maintaining and protecting exterior wooden surfaces. The product helps protect wood against moisture, UV radiation, dirt and weathering while preserving its natural beauty. Thanks to its deep penetration, decking oil is ideal for treating and maintaining wooden terraces, façades, fences and other outdoor wooden surfaces.

Decorative and protective decking oil for exterior wooden surfaces.
Maximum permissible EU VOC content for the product (subcat. f): 700 g/L. Maximum VOC content in the product <700 g/L.
Recommended for treating terraces, facades, flooring and other horizontal surfaces as well as railings, stairs, fences, garden furniture etc. For outdoor use. Do not use on varnished or painted surfaces. Do not used on surfaces damaged by mould and algae growth.
Outdoor log, sawn and planed wooden surfaces; wood slabs; wood impregnated under pressure and untreated hardwood. Especially recommended for planed wood.
The wood surface to be treated must be dry, with a moisture content not exceeding 20%. The recommended application temperature is above +5°C, with a maximum relative humidity of 80%. Thoroughly clean the surface to be treated, removing grease, dust and other contaminants. Use WoodClean for cleaning and bleaching the wood (follow the product instructions for use). Surfaces treated with WoodClean must be thoroughly rinsed with water and allowed to dry. Remove all old paint from previously painted surfaces. Use the alkaline cleaning agent TerraceClean for the maintenance and deep cleaning of dirty and oiled surfaces. Replace any boards affected by wood decay or rot with new ones. Do not apply to surfaces affected by biological deterioration. The use of galvanised fasteners is recommended for fixing wooden components. Apply the biocidal deep-penetrating wood preservative primer Biostop to new or cleaned wood surfaces. Pressure-treated wood must be allowed to weather for at least 6 months before treatment with Terrace. Application is not recommended in hot weather, in direct sunlight, in strong winds, or during rain or fog. Ensure that the treated surface has sufficient time to dry before evening dew forms. Before treating exotic wood species, we recommend carrying out a test application of the oil on a small area or a separate board. Use galvanised fasteners to secure treated wooden components. Untreated metal parts (nail heads, fixing brackets) must be coated with an anti-corrosion primer. Pay attention to constructive wood protection measures, including proper drainage, ventilation, and waterproofing of walls and roofs. The effectiveness of wood preservatives depends on the implementation of adequate constructive wood protection measures. Follow the instructions for use of all the products mentioned above.
Stir well before use and mix periodically during application. Apply 1–2 coats evenly from edge to edge along the wood grain, working on one to three boards at a time. Ensure that no areas are left untreated. Pay particular attention to treating the end grain. For dense timber decking boards, sanding or treatment with the alkaline cleaning agent TerraceClean is recommended before oiling to improve the wood’s absorbency. If a second coat is required, apply it after the first coat has been absorbed into the wood. Remove any unabsorbed oil from the surface with a cloth 15–20 minutes after application. NB! The oil must not form a film on the surface. Excess oil will not dry properly and will make the surface sticky and sensitive to water. It is recommended to treat decking boards on the underside before installation as well. Surfaces exposed to weathering throughout the year should be treated once or twice a year, as required. When using tinted oil, products from the same batch should be selected and mixed together in a single container before use to ensure a uniform colour.
Under normal conditions, the treated surface reaches peak wash-resistance in one week. Use water or a neutral detergent (рН 6–8) for cleaning. (For example, TerraceClean: 50 ml of product per 10 L of water.)
Brush, sponge, terrace pad.
Wash with White-Spirit after completing work.
