For painting walls and ceilings in dry and humid indoor areas where the coating is required to provide excellent washability. Suitable for residential premises, bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, offices, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, stairwells, sports halls, restaurants, and other public and industrial facilities. Not suitable for application to floors, doors, furniture, or paintable wallcoverings.
For interior use on new or previously painted concrete, plaster, plasterboard, building block, wood fibreboard and particleboard surfaces, as well as on primed aerated concrete surfaces.
Previously Unpainted Surfaces: remove dust and dirt from the surface. If necessary, fill any irregularities with a suitable filler. Allow to dry, sand to a smooth finish and remove sanding dust. Apply a moisture barrier primer, Aquastop or Tiefgrund, to filled surfaces, porous substrates or surfaces with uneven porosity. Follow the product application instructions. To equalise substrate absorbency, improve the durability of the finished coating and reduce topcoat consumption, prime the surfaces with the water-based primer ESK PRO 3.
Previously Painted Surfaces: the substrate must be sound and stable. Remove all loose and flaking material, dirt, grease and dust. If necessary, use Biotol mould remover to eliminate mould. Wash heavily soiled surfaces or surfaces contaminated with soot, water, nicotine or grease stains using Easy Clean, then prime with the stain-blocking paint Objekt Plus. Sand hard, aged alkyd coatings to a matt finish and thoroughly remove all sanding dust. Fill irregularities, cracks and depressions with a suitable filler. Sand the filled areas to a smooth finish and remove sanding dust. To reduce porosity, prime filled surfaces with an Aquastop moisture barrier solution or Tiefgrund. Before applying the topcoat, prime the surfaces with ESK PRO 3 primer. Follow the application instructions for all the products specified above.
Stir the paint thoroughly before use. It is recommended to mix tinted paint in a single container to ensure colour uniformity. Apply two coats by roller, spray or brush at a temperature of +10 to +25 °C and a relative humidity below 80%. When applying the first coat or using spray application (nozzle size: 0.021–0.027 in), the paint may be thinned with water up to 5% by volume. Avoid draughts and high temperatures during application. Do not apply paint over uncured sealant. Maintain a wet edge during application to ensure a uniform finish. Under unfavourable application conditions (draughts, high temperatures or low relative humidity), the addition of Time+ drying retarder is recommended to extend the open time. Follow the application instructions for the specified products.
The painted surface reaches its full hardness and final wet-scrub resistance after 3–4 weeks. Once fully cured, the surface may be cleaned using water and neutral (pH 6–8) or mildly alkaline (pH 8–10) cleaning agents, together with soft microfibre cleaning cloths or wipes. Do not use cleaning agents containing organic solvents, abrasive cleaners, or coarse sponges or brushes. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions when using cleaning agents. If the surface needs to be cleaned before the full curing period has elapsed, proceed with care. Use a soft, damp cleaning cloth and remove dirt from the painted surface promptly after it occurs. After cleaning with detergents, rinse the surface with clean water and dry it. The surface’s cleanability recovers within 3–6 days, depending on the cleaning agent and cleaning equipment used, the intensity of cleaning and the degree of soiling. Frequent cleaning with detergents may impair the recovery of the surface’s cleanability. The mechanical properties of the coating remain unaffected.

Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Contains 3-Iodo-2-Propynylbutylcarbamate, 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, Reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid or minimize residues. Do not empty into drains. Avoid release to the environment. Collect spillage. Dispose of the contents/containers in accordance with the current legislation on waste treatment. Liquid residues should be taken to a hazardous waste collection point (waste paint and varnish containing organic solvents or other dangerous substances 08 01 11). Information about the collection points is provided by the local government or the Environmental Board. Dried residues may be disposed of in the municipal waste container. Dispose of empty, dry packaging for recycling at the packaging collection point (Waste Management Code 15 01). Returnable containers must be properly cleaned before being recycled.
Store and transport in a tightly sealed container at the temperature between +5…30 °С. Protect from exposure to freezing and direct sunlight. The paint container must be tightly sealed after use, and the product should be used as soon as possible.
