Newly prepared for painting Concrete, drywall, wood, laminated and other surfaces.
The painted surface must be cleaned from loose and peeling material, grease, dust and other impurities. Previously coated glossy surfaces should be sanded until matte and all sanding dust must be carefully removed. Heavily soiled surfaces should be cleaned with EasyClean and allowed to dry. If necessary, uneven areas should be filled with a suitable filler (e.g., from the FILLER series), allowed to dry, sanded smooth, and sanding dust removed. Unevenly absorbent or porous surfaces should be primed with a moisture barrier such as Aquastop or Tiefgrund. Drywall or filled surfaces should be primed with Flat or Estella primer. Non-absorbent surfaces (e.g., doors, furniture) should be primed with Luotto Tartuntapohja Aqua. Primer should be applied with a low-pile roller to achieve a smooth, pattern-free surface. Follow the instructions provided for the above-mentioned products.
Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply 2–3 coats with a low-pile roller at a temperature between +10 to +25 °C and relative humidity below 80%.
The surface should be handled with care for up to 7 days after painting, as it reaches its peak hardness during this time. Chalk marks can be removed from the painted surface using a damp sponge or cloth. After 4 weeks, the surface may be cleaned with neutral or mildly alkaline (pH up to 9) cleaning agents and soft sponges. Do not use abrasive cleaners or rough sponges or brushes. After cleaning, rinse the surface with clean water and dry thoroughly.
