For painting heavily soiled ceilings and walls in indoor areas (entrances, hallways, kitchens, living rooms, offices, classrooms, hotels, and other household and workspaces). Suitable for priming bright surfaces. Intended as a primer under water-based surface paints (e.g., Akrit, Akzent, Cinderella, Mattilda, ESK PRO, etc.). May remain the final finishing coat in areas where high abrasion or water resistance is not required. Not suitable for painting furniture, floors or doors.
Previously painted or newly prepared for painting concrete, plaster, plasterboard surface, building blocks, fiberboard, chipboard surface, OSB, fiberboard, particleboard, paneling, and puttied surfaces. For indoor use.
The surface to be painted must be dry and thoroughly cleaned of unstable materials, grease, and dust. Use EasyClean or alkaline cleaning agents for cleaning, then rinse carefully with clean water and allow to dry. If necessary, use Biotol E or Biotol Spray to remove mold. Irregularities, cracks, and dents should be filled with a suitable filler from the FILLER series. Putty-coated surfaces, porous or unevenly porous surfaces should be primed with a moisture barrier such as Aquastop or Tiefgrund. Follow the product instructions accordingly.
Stir the paint thoroughly before application. Apply 1-2 coats depending on the surface’s level of soiling. Apply using a brush, roller, or sprayer at a temperature of +10…25°C and relative humidity below 80%. Avoid drafts and high temperatures (above 25°C) during painting.
The surface can be cleaned 4 weeks after painting, during which time it will achieve its final hardness and abrasion resistance. Use a damp soft sponge or cloth for cleaning the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or rough sponges or brushes. Cleaning agents containing organic solvents are not suitable. For mold removal, use Biotol E or Biotol Spray.
