Intended for repainting badly fouled surfaces in apartment building stairwells, staircases, corridors, hotels, kitchen ceilings.
Suits well as a primer to be used under water-borne paints.
Surfaces previously painted with water-borne, alkyd or oil-base paints or new surfaces made of concrete, aerated concrete, gypsum board; brick; surfaces finished with putty or plastered. For indoor use.
The surface to be painted must be carefully cleaned from peeling material, dirt and dust. Fill cracks and dents with suitable putty (Fine Filler, Aqua Filler etc.).
We recommend you to clean the surfaces with a EasyClean and dry before painting.
The surfaces that get wet so often that mould can develop there must be treated with Biotol E before painting.
The surfaces newly finished with putty should be primed with the Aquastop or Tiefgrund moisture barrier. Follow the product instructions for use.
Stir the paint thoroughly before application. The paint can be diluted with water in the amount of up to 5% of its volume for the application of the first coat. Apply 2 coats with a roller or spray gun at the temperature between 10°C and 25 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 80%. Avoid application in draughty places and at high air temperature (over +25°C). When painting, make sure to keep a wet edge.
The product achieves its final hardness and durability after one month under normal conditions; therefore the surfaces must be handled with care during this time.
If necessary, the surface can be lightly wiped with a soft sponge or cloth approximately 48 hours after paint application. We recommend using water and neutral or medium alkaline detergents (pH below 9). Do not use solvents, abrasive cleansers and hard scrubbing brushes or sponges. Extensive rubbing may make the surface glossy. We recommend using Biotol E and Biotol Spray to remove mould.

Store and transport in tightly sealed containers at the temperature between +5 °С and +30 °С. Protect from exposure to freezing and direct sunlight.
